Ashley Manor Housing Corporation (AMHC) is the largest non-profit housing organization in the Town of Ajax, and the 3rd largest in the Region of Durham.
Our Mission:
Strengthen Ajax neighborhoods and families by offering safe and stable housing opportunities
Provide quality affordable rental housing for families, seniors and other individuals with limited incomes
Enhance and stabilize the economic well-being of AMHC residents who live in our housing communities
Since 1984, we have built 574 affordable rental units, and served hundreds of individuals and families with housing and related services.
